Approval of minutes from the 6/22/10 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
A. Progress of RRAC proposal requests to date reviewed with Karl Acimovic.
B. Progress of backboard and electrical install at the RRAC to date.
New Business
- Review the RFP submitted contracts from vendors proposing the first RFP posted for the RRAC STEAP funded project. This RFP is for the provision of the playscape equipment. The bids will be open at this time and a vendor will be suggested by the WPRC for approval by the Board of Selectmen.
